Unique Nails

Not sure why this place is low rated on here because the lady who did my nails was lovely and friendly, I've been here twice and the nails are done to a very high standard. Highly recommend going

I asked for an acrylic full set with normal polish. Agreed to be charged £20 for it. Took about an hour to put the acrylic, I did not have time to wait for the nail polish because of the parking to be expired. When I got my recipe I realised I have been charged £23. I questioned them not this price we have agreed on she just smiled this is the price. The service is bad and slow also. Thumb nail not even, little pinky nail is more squared than oval. They charged £5 more of the agreed price the lady before me also. Be aware they take your money how they want! Definitely not recommending to anyone and won't return again!

They charged 3 pounds more comparing the price we asked in the beginning and without asking more services. Be aware at the till.... Or better: AVOID IT! (The job also wasn't satisfying)

Zero stars! Not even 24 hours after having my nails done, the polish is peeling & chipped. I’m going on holiday today so don’t have time to go back & have them redone. Would not recommend! Really wish I’d gone to my regular nail place because this is a complete waste of £52!!!!

Not happy at all, I had these done on Thursday evening and on Saturday two broke/peeled off. I work in an office so haven’t been doing anything out of the ordinary-£20 wasted. Awkward in the shop when they don’t speak to you but laugh and joke with their colleagues in their home language. The guy is really rough with hands, he just grabs and twists your hands in such a rough way. I’ve had acrylics here before too and they’ve been so painful afterwards but it was convenient for work so I went again…never again though. There’s always a guy in the back asleep on the pedicure chairs and nothing is ever seen to be cleaned down. They still had the last customer’s nail clippings on the table when they began mine 🤢 Colours on the boards don’t look anything like they do on the nail so I’ve been disappointed before with that. They’ve also filed my nails so thin on top that the deremal began to burn my nail beds and now all they are doing is bending and breaking as they’re so thin. I’m not happy at all and I honestly would just avoid and find somewhere less convenient and get value for your money and a friendlier atmosphere.
