Stay well away! They agreed to do a small job for me, discussed the job on the phone and over text. They booked in, I confirmed it a week before, and confirmed again the night before. They never turned up! No explanation or apology! Never responded to any messages and stopped answering calls. All it would have taken was a short message to say they couldn’t take the job on or something had come up which had caused a delay. They have left me 4weeks behind schedule. As all the good decorators are usually booked up. And the fact that these guys had almost every other day free speaks volumes. I’ve been dealing with tradesmen for 15years and never dealt with anyone as unprofessional. Not sure how they’ve got the reviews on here - makes me question if they’re genuine.

Buckle&Co came to my rescue after I was let down by another company. Ray was extremely thorough through the consultation process, so much so that he visited my property to clarify exactly how he could help. He kindly rearranged his quotation day to help me and started the work right away. Buckle&Co is the first company to come into my home and respect it. Ray's warm welcoming presence and professionalism sets him above the rest. He is packed full of knowledge and he definitely knows what he is talking about. He made sure my surfaces and all of my belongings were covered and he took great care not to make any mess. He tidied up after himself and he made sure that he lefty house how he found it. A fantastic service which was given with a smile, right from the on set from when Rayhaan picked up the phone to enquire about the work. He was so helpful and honest about the work that needed doing. I then got him to cone to the house as I wanted my whole house decorated and he explained everything perfectly to my liking, he took on board everything that I told him and what I wanted doing. Rayhaan gave me ideas which were adept to my liking and of course to the wife's liking too. Once I gave him the job he was more than helpful with everything, everyday he came on time and really put in the time everyday, a really hard worker who really works for his money. I am really impressed with this young man's capabilities and his vision in his work and ideas. I recommend his services which are of the highest degree and will always give him praise for his work.
