Asda Petrol Station

Was very busy, and the pumps aren't labelled up, so not sure if I can fuel up from both sides of a pump. Also when asking for a receipt, it just drops out of the printer onto the floor, and gets wet if it's raining.

Would give petrol station 0 stars after not good than it used to be just when update it to pay at pump only my dad came in get petrol today he try pay it while he try put petrol in says error incorrect on pay screen try do it on my card says same thing try it twice my dad won’t be returning again

With other garages in the area having staff and shop facilities, Asda had the chance with their unmanned fuel station to be 10p per litre cheaper and take all the business. Instead it's still more expensive than the Sainsbury's at shore head, a 5 minute drive down the hill. I won't use them until they grasp this concept. It's how it works in Spain.

Update - reopened. Pay at pump only. Not the cheapest petrol station in Huddersfield, we stopped using it now use another nearby down road which is cheaper and manned. Just 2*s for providing fuel at a reasonable albeit not the cheapest especially for an unmanned station. ------------------------- This petrol station is TEMPORARILY CLOSED whilst it is being converted to unmanned station. So will when it reopens have no staff. A sad sign of the times. And be aware some of these unmanned pumps have a minimum bank card balances, usually £100. Not ideal if day before pay day.

Now there are no attendees and all pumps have card pay facilities. Open 24 hours. Prices are generally competitive compared with producers such as Shell, BP, Texeco, Esso etc.
