I visit Esso Reinwood every morning, and always look forward to seeing Ash—the gentleman with the signature moustache—behind the counter. Though I haven’t seen him lately, his presence lingers in our routine. From the moment I walk in, Ash greets us with genuine warmth and remembers not only me, but everyone in my family as we are very local. He greets us by name and asks after everyone, and that simple kindness becomes a bright start to our day. His enthusiasm, helpfulness, and friendly banter feel like an extra splash of sunshine poured into my morning coffee. It’s rare to find someone who consistently elevates a mundane task—popping in for petrol—into something that genuinely cheers you up. Ash does that every day. He’s not just an attendant; he’s part of our community’s morning ritual. I truly hope he’ll be back soon—he’s missed, and his kindness makes a real difference.

I've never left a review for a fuel station before, but today, I stopped at Reinwood on my way way to Liverpool. The man who served me in the kiosk made my day. A funny, happy, friendly guy who literally had everyone laughing. A great way to start the day!

When I buy fuel it is normally the price... This is on the way out of town and not the cheapest. But how can I give it 5 stars .. Well. After filling up, entering the shop to pay and the chap smiled. Having visited previously. This is a first.. A pleasant conversation, with genuine interest. I left emotionally recharged!! Ready to join the M62 car park....

Went in to drop off a parcel to post. I found the woman behind the till came across a bit too overfamiliar in her comment to me and then started arguing with me when I addressed this. The male assistant hovering behind her did nothing to try and help the situation either. Not a very professional impression or pleasant customer experience.
