Went to fill up and return an Amazon parcel, they never accept returns, this has now happened three times in past few weeks. First time they said their returns scanner was not working, possible so gave them the benefit of the doubt. Second time, they wouldn’t accept my parcel because it didn’t fit through the little gap in the security screen at the counter and then third time was this week, this time they said they only accept Amazon returns between 7.30-8.30am… I mean really!! Won’t be going there again, plenty other petrol stations available within 1 mile.
This shell station too expensive fuel than any others in Huddersfield. And staff refused £50 notes and Scotland notes. It shame
Don't use the Amazon return service here - it's only open for 1 hour per day
Rip off. The Esso on Peninstone road and texaco on bradford Rd is cheap but why is Shell so expensive? I get its a bit better fuel but this is ridiculous. Match your price to Sainsbury's for diesel so its £139.9 a litre so its a good price for good fuel. I frequently used to go to Shell but i dont really care about the better fuel because i cant afford it.
Called to see what fuel I filled my car up with and he put the phone down. Called back numerous times and he eventually answered and said I need my fuel receipt. All I was wanting to know was what fuel I used. I will be coming in person to speak to the manager and sort this out.
