The nozzles on pumps feel like they need some servicing, on two occasions they've stopped pumping after 30 litres of fuel to say the tanks full when there's still been some space so not a full tank. Customer service is okay. Jet wash is okay. Good for tyre air. Vacuum mostly blocked by some idiots who decide to hoover up big pieces of litter every so often like crisp packets etc so you'll be lucky to find a half working one. They also have clothes wash & dry at this station.

Excellent garage...plenty of choice...always very clean...well done you..also there is an outside launderette which is handy

This is the first time I have used this garage for fuel the cost me £82. The cashier asked if I had a fuel reward app I said no he said that's OK he took his phone out and swiped his reward app on his phone. And gave me my change. I don't know if he is allowed to do that but it must be a regular thing with everyone else who hasn't an shell app on there phone.

Went to fuel up yesterday the guy working there just ignored looking from window no fuel was coming out to fuel my car tryed two pumps no fuel coming out it was 3am never going back there again rude staff and arrogant behaviour

Awful, rude service. Called in to drop of 2 myHermes parcels. He literally had to scan 2 parcels then pass me the receipt, really quick. Instead he told me to wait at the side while he served someone else. I said 'yes that's fine', thinking it would be one person or something (maybe someone who had run out side for there wallet). After that, he started serving the next guy as I was stood waiting (queue was about 5 deep at this point and more people joining queue). Obviously, I wasn't having this as I had queued up like everyone else. I said, 'mate, I'm not waiting for you to serve all these people, its 2 parcels!'. He said I would have to wait !?! This shop has agreed to provide myHermes drop off service and I was the next customer in line. I would understand slightly if I had loads of parcels but nevertheless I was still next in line. Why should I wait till he had served 5 - 6 other people behind me in the queue. myHermes ParcelShops need to start realizing that people dropping off parcels are also customers and they have a legal obligation to take parcels. I have in the past offered to let people go first in the queue if we have loads of parcels, but this one 2 and I wasn't going to wait for everyone else to be served. I took the parcels back and wen't elsewhere. I'll be contacting the manager of the store and myHermes to make an official complaint.
