I have constantly been ringing for 3 days and no one bothers to answer the phone it just rings out. Tried early morning, afternoon and evening. So far today tried 11 times.I rely on other people to collect my prescriptions so need to make sure its there. They have no idea what customer service means, when you queue up to collect medication the chemist part s totally disorganised stuff on the floor and everywhere. They struggle to find your prescription .Give them a miss there are better chemists in H
Took ages for someone to answer the phone. Then, once the phone was finally answered, the woman I spoke to was beyond rude. She made it very clear how much my call was inconveniencing her, with her constant sighing and miserable tone in her voice. Taking their anger at their job out on customers seems to be a thing here. Totally unprofessional.

Get a call from them today 15/02/24 well I was busy tried to ring back they just put the phone down without bothering to answer not the first time this has happened either, not to mention that they have missed some items out of my repeats which mysteriously disappeared and they had to request another prescription, thats when they haven't miss placed them and I have to wait well they locate them.. I'm limited to where I can have my meds sent. Otherwise, I would use elsewhere
