Boots Pharmacy

Just the staff are disorganised and counting what they do! I went to get a prescription and waited for 15 minutes while one of the staff can’t be bothered to be disturbed what she was doing which not an urgent need. Staff specially on the picture has lack of prioritising skills. When approached the tone of voice was domineering. It says on the front notice ZERO TOLERANCE for abusive customers behaviour which to be honest it does not reflect on the staff behaviour. Customers on a rush would swear at these killing time machines staff behaviour definitely, car park is ticking!

The rudest people I’ve ever met. I went to pick up my medication the other day. Came home to find one item was missing. I was expecting a reasonable conversation when I went back, instead they were rude and accused me of lying:

9:10 a.m 17/10/2025 . Staffs are unhelpful, rude and ignorant. It’s not first come first serve at all and honestly customers should be treated better especially at pharmacy! Not waiting and looking at miserable faces so I changed my pharmacy . So bad

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at this pharmacy. The staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting me. They didn't have the medication I was looking for in stock, and when I asked for alternative options, they didn't offer much guidance. What's more, when I asked about an over-the-counter medication, the staff member seemed reluctant to sell it to me, which was unhelpful and frustrating. Unfortunately, this experience is consistent with previous reviews from other customers who have reported similar issues with the service and staff. It's clear that there's a pattern of poor customer service and a lack of understanding and empathy from the staff. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Rudest / most useless employees working in the pharmacy section. I came in for one medication and said it could take a whole day for the medication to be dispensed - told I live in an hour away bc I’m a student , she said she can’t do anything.she was rude and tried to be aggressive with me. The pharmacists stood there not saying anything either.Then go to the pharmacy in my hometown, told me to call up the pharmacy and to release my prescription electronically - after I did that I got my medication in less than 10 minutes. All the staff need empathy training and need to learn how to do their job faster because they clearly don’t know how to.
