Zero Stars! The pharmacists here have a real opportunity to improve their communication and customer service skills. My experience was frustrating from start to finish. They said my name, took the prescription from my hand, and walked off without explanation. I was left standing there confused until a few minutes later another staff member called my name again and told me the price. I had already noticed another customer’s frustration earlier, so I politely suggested to the staff member that keeping customers informed about what’s happening would make the process clearer and improve the overall experience. His response was simply, “ok.” When I asked if he understood my point, he claimed he’d said, “I’ll look into it” — which he hadn’t. There was no acknowledgment of my feedback. For a team responsible for handling medication and people’s health, I expected a far higher standard of professionalism and empathy. The service was awful, and I’ll be boycotting this pharmacy on principle.

Used to be a brilliant pharmacy...gone downhill last year or so... Your reply is a perfect example...I was only in there a few weeks ago collecting my prescription from you as I am your patient ...you guys really need to up your game

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Dalton Pharmacy for their exceptional service during a time of need. When my surgery experienced a delay in sending through my prescriptions, Dalton Pharmacy stepped in without hesitation, providing an emergency dose of my medication. Their team was incredibly professional, pleasant, and went above and beyond to ensure I had what I needed. The customer service was outstanding, making a stressful situation much easier to manage. Highly recommend their services – they truly care about their customers.

Unfortunately the manger is very rude and unhelpful. Poor customer service has happened multiple times; they are not friendly to those who have trouble speaking/explaining themselves in store, making customers feel awkward and unwelcome, like they shouldn't be there. They seem agitated if you dare to use "too much" of their time, even when you, as a customer, are aware it's a tough job to do and time can be pressing. They are uncaring when it comes to children's medical needs. They lack effective communication between other professional settings, even refusing to directly speak. The experience is difficult between staff, management and customers if you need anything outside of just picking up a prescription.
