Greenhead Pharmacy

Used to be open till midnight but now only open till 9pm for the front shop and pharmacy side or 8pm for the back door ( so exchanges and ORT medication pickups - wouldn't impact any normal person visiting the chemist, this side is for the addiction recovery system) Im not sure if its a new law or just their own choice as the only other local chemist open till midnight is now also closed at 9pm (lockwood) so if its not their fault then nothing can be done but its extremely inconvenient. Other than that 3 or 4 hour time loss to go in every evening, the staff are nice, its clean and theres a really good selection of stock in the front shop.

Going to change my review from a 3* to a 5* as customer service really seems to have improved since my last visit. The young lad Zaker at the counter was very diligent and polite, would highly recommend them if they can keep up this level of service!

The staff at the pharmacy have a big chip on their shoulders. Very rude and disrespectful. Just given up trying to communicate with them as they are way too arrogant to converse with average Joe from the streets trying to get some advice. Just horrible!

Very friendly staff and pharmacist always take the time to listen properly and quick service.

Absolutely brilliant service. I was asked in store if I wanted to change my prescription delivery to them and I agreed. I ordered my medication at 11:30pm Sunday night and it was approved by my Dr and was delivered the following day at 7:45pm! Really excellent. Thank you!
