The current review rating for this excellent pharmacy is erroneous and caused by old reviews due to the previous operators. When the excellent long standing manager Phil left this outlet the replacement staff in the main left much to be desired. Rude, abrasive and with a ‘take it or leave it attitude’. In fact it was so bad that I decided to boycott the place. How things have changed! The new incumbents from the pharmacists to the ladies on the counter are nothing short of amazing. One feels treated like a valued customer. My wife has three types of medication on a long term basis. As a creature of habit she prefers to stick with the same manufacturer for each product. The staff always order what she prefers without any issue. Before it was ‘take what we get’. Thank you for restoring my faith in this outlet , it is a pleasure to make use of it and I shall continue to do so . Well done to you all.

This is a great pharmacy. The staff are friendly and so helpful. My mother-in-law has had a tough time recently; they have been supportive in getting her much needed medication to her. There is also good advice when needed. Thank you to all the staff.

Always friendly and helpful…my first port of call for any health issues

This pharmacy went through a difficult phase after Phil retired and the service was absolutely anysmal for a few years, but with the current manager and team it’s got so much better. They have an uphill battle to try and restore their reputation which I do hope they manage and can get locals to trust them again.
