A new manager is going to bring this pharmacy down. The guy have no people skill. He wont listen and to top it all I told him that he had made a mistake on the delivery. He told me to check the doctor over this mistake. They confirmed that a mistake was made. He told me to come to the shop and he would prove I was wrong. However I told him I am bedbound, his reply "thats my my problem. My family won't use shaws fartown again. He had been awkward with the surgery staff and with friends who went their. Remember the customer comes first.

Staff deal, respectively . Never give medicine if they have any kind of doubt, which is a very good behaviour towards their desponsibility.

The guy who delivers the prescription is rude and impatient bangs on the door constantly not giving you a chance to get to the door

Told me I can't have my prescription delivered due to my age despite people younger having it delivered, explained my situation and how I struggle to leave the house and that's why I'm on said medication, basically told me tough and If I want it I've to come pick it up myself.
