This would be a great little shop if it wasn't for the people who run it. Awful attitude, just unpleasent and don't give a crap. I live 20 seconds walk away, but I would rather drive down the road to the Co-op if I want anything. I'm told the previous owners were far better. Pitty.

The lady at the post office counter with short hair was patronising and abrupt for no reason. She may have had a bad day but that is no excuse for taking it out on customers who have no ill intent and are just there to post an item.

Avoid this Post Office at all costs If you're expecting even the bare minimum of customer service, Dryclough Post Office will disappoint you. The staff are consistently rude, lack basic manners, and make every visit an unpleasant experience. There’s no sense of professionalism or courtesy, and it feels any customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists. If you value good service, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
