Awful and bizarre customer service at best. I emailed for a quote and they were helpful to begin with, they eventually sent me a quote which I then queried as I needed to figure out how much the split would be between me and the current piano owner. They emailed back saying they refused to divulge their cost breakdowns and how they come to these figures which didn’t fill me with confidence to be honest. After stewing on this I relented and tried to book in a slot for moving the piano, they then tell me to pay a £25 deposit which is fine and I intend to do so but first I have to again consult the piano owner and studio partner as to if they want to commit to it and also I was also waiting on other quotes to verify that it was fair market value as they had refused to give me any details of how they’d come to that figure. Then suddenly I get an email from The Piano Men saying you didn’t pay your deposit (within less that 12 hours) and that they could no longer help me full stop. It’s like dealing with children, I would avoid at all cost unless you like working with stroppy divas.

Bellwoods proved to be absolutely the right choice for a quite difficult location for moving my Eterna Gloss Black Piano. I asked my Piano Tuner Darryll who would be capable and he suggested Bellwoods. The house presented a few challenges due to being split levels with a number of stairs which Adrian Bellwood had requested photos and dimension in advance of them arriving. As the saying goes “success is 90% planning the job and 10% doing it”. Very very happy to have chosen Bellwoods for this move with the care shown and would certainly recommend them to anyone who requires Pianos or other furniture removals. Thanks to Adrian Bellwood for a job well done. Skill always makes things seem so easy!! 😁

Quick, responsive, brilliant service. Needed some items moving into a care home for a family member. KB removals were sympathetic and ent out of their way to help. Very reasonably priced. Good, nice, honest people.
