Bellwoods proved to be absolutely the right choice for a quite difficult location for moving my Eterna Gloss Black Piano. I asked my Piano Tuner Darryll who would be capable and he suggested Bellwoods. The house presented a few challenges due to being split levels with a number of stairs which Adrian Bellwood had requested photos and dimension in advance of them arriving. As the saying goes “success is 90% planning the job and 10% doing it”. Very very happy to have chosen Bellwoods for this move with the care shown and would certainly recommend them to anyone who requires Pianos or other furniture removals. Quick, responsive, brilliant service. Needed some items moving into a care home for a family member. KB removals were sympathetic and ent out of their way to help. Very reasonably priced. Good, nice, honest people.

Terrible service. Do not use this company. Many other removers in the area that are professional and get the job done, use them. I was supposed to have my piano moved on the last day of my tenancy before returning my keys, the movers said they could not move the piano as there was a car parked out front of the house which the piano would not get by. Fair enough. The movers told me to call back when the car had moved, as I could not find the person who owned it before they left. The car moved about 1pm and I rang the company to let them know. I was informed the movers were done with removals for the day and could no longer complete the piano move on the day booked. Incredibly inconvenient and the customer service had no options to help me move my instrument. Unprofessional behaviour, blaming me for not reserving the parking spot outside my house, although this is a main road, and not my spot to reserve. I also sent photos of the front of the house prior and was not advised to keep any space clear. My piano was moved perfectly well into the property by a different moving company last year, should have just returned to them.
