Contacted company randomly whilst looking for roof repair quote. Phil rang me back after about 10 mins and unfortunately couldn't consider my urgent job as he was too busy. Despite that, he gave me a valuable lesson in roofing. He told me what to expect to do to fix the problem and roughly how much I should expect to pay. Phil called today and after a few simple questions he gave a really honest assessment of my roof. Told me what to look out for in future and an estimate of the work should the situation get worse.
