This is a great holiday company to get your holidays from. The staff are very friendly. The staff ask you what you're looking for holiday wise, where you are looking to go then they will give you ideas of where they think would be ideal for you to go to.

Had a fabulous experience at Hays Travel Huddersfiel, was greeted with a very warm welcome from James , he was exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable about all my enquiries. Would highly recommend this branch.

Not a patch on Thomas Cook or TUI customer service when I book long haul or cruises . The personal service is just not there no product knowledge or Personal touch. Very poor attitude towards customers I do not recommend.
