TUI Holiday Store

Always a great experience booking with the Huddersfield Kingsgate store. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. We’ve used them many times now and can 100% recommend. The advantages of using the store is that you can always talk to them on the phone, whether you’re here in the UK or away on your travels. They always match the price you see online but the staff are proactive in wanting to make sure your booking is the right fit for you. The extra human touch gives you peace of mind before and during your holiday.

I visited the TUI holiday and was served by Sophie, who was absolutely great. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. Sophie took the time to explain everything clearly. Excellent customer service, a real credit to TUI.

I had a really positive experience at the store with Sophie. I was confused upon going on my solo travels and didn’t know what money to get or how much I needed. Sophie kindly gave me some advice and got me out the right amount of money which was perfect to get my started on my travels. Will always come back here to Sophie to get my money out. Thanks again💕

We booked via Tui in Huddersfield today and the assistant Sophie was superb Very friendly and supportive and understanding and patient We couldn't recommend her any higher I would give higher than 5 stars if I could.
