Bagel Factory Kingsgate

Earlier today, I came in around 1ish in the afternoon and ordered a regular latte. Seems easy enough so I thought. The place was dead but it took 10 minutes from purchase to being delivered to my table????? Staff are miserable especially the light grey uniform person. I was there for around an hour as I was meeting someone and the service behind the counter is hella slow. Safe to say, no wonder the place is dead, I wouldn’t want to come back to a place where the staff would much rather be somewhere else. Latte was fine, well I should be giving props to the machine and not the so called baristas. I took a grand total of 8 mins ( give or take purchase and delivery) to press a button

First time I ordered bacon & egg bagel Istg there were 4-5 pcs of bacon in it. Next time I reordered but chose extra tomato and lettuce there were only 1-2 pcs of bacon, then today again as you can see in the photo (even though I didnt choose tomato). I really don’t understand as I obviously paid extra for these then how come they cut down the quantity of bacon? So that means I have to choose extra bacon again? How is that fair???

Absolutely delicious lunch as always! I’ve been coming regularly for nearly 7 years and I’ve never had a bad experience. The shop is always spotless and clean. It is obvious that the staff enjoy what they do and take pride in their work! They are always so friendly and welcoming! Thank you for making my lunchtimes so enjoyable! I will continue to come back for the foreseeable future Lauren, Becky, Liv & Tyler! Keep up the great work!

Excellent service from friendly staff. Absolutely love the falafel bagel - really sad it’s been taken off the menu. It was one of the best vegan options around.

Absolutely delicious food, lots of sitting area, lots of variety of options, abit of wait, staff is friendly, charged extra without explaining, overall great experience, would probably visit again.
