Mena foods is such a gem in huddersfield! Myself and my partner go atleast once a week for our tea. The food is so fresh, made over the coals and fire of the grill. The food is very reasonably priced and you get so much for your money! Its the only place that i eat all of my salad because of how fresh and pickled it is! The staff are so friendly and often offer free warm bread and dips to us. We have also been lucky enough to get to know them. They are so accommodating and honest with suggestions for food. Everyone must go!
The Shawarma wraps we had today were just Divine . Everything is freshly made to your taste, amazing grill selection and much more A fabulous Specialist Supermarket inside to shop for everything Middle Eastern. Staff friendly and knowledgeable, highly recommended. Huddersfield foodie destination!
Probably the best chicken shawarma sandwich I've had in a while. Nice soft bread, lovely pickled salad and juicy chicken pieces. Meal with chips was value for money but just the sandwich alone was enough to fill your hunger.
Went there couple days ago for the first time, the butcher was lovely, pleasant, helpful.The 2nd visit was different, had another butcher, he was rude, rushing me , didn't see the price of the meat. He just put it on the bag. We decided to try the deli, the portion was small, the meat wasnt fresh and staff was very rude and so unbothered. Another staff think I was stealing , because of my race. I was so disappointed. Won't be going back there.
Fantastic shop full packed with delicious food from all over the world. Really friendly and helpful staff. Lovely fresh bread and vegetables. Great selection of olives. The food from the cafe/takeaway is delicious and great value. Highly recommended
