I rarely go the this shop because whenever I visit the staff is always rude and I don't understand the attitude they show to the customers, the food is nice but the staff should also be nice.

What can I say, WOW. . . The prices are brilliant here so I was shocked when I tasted them because they are absolutely beautiful, I walk past Gregg's now after trying their Cornish pasties. The food isn't small either here and you can buy 2 for less money because of the offers and mix n match. I just couldn't find anything wrong for the prices at all so to sum it up. . . Cheap brilliant prices and offers, really tasty food and nice big portions. Come on man where you going to go next because you know where I'm going lol.

Just visited at lunch time and super busy. The lady at the counter is very welcoming and lovely. Bought a roll and a soda. Cheap as chips and I can't be happier enough.

I came in with my greggs hot chocolate and the woman making the sandwiches from the back of the store shamed me for bringing in my hot chocolate and said i was “practically laughing” at them for bringing in the hot chocolate drink into the shop and then proceeded to ask me to do her a favour and to stop drinking the beverage in the shop. I felt very humiliated and embarrassed and i do not plan on coming to this poundbakery location again

Just attended the Huddersfield branch and was absolutely disgusted by the staffs attitude. Asked for 5 cheese and onion bakes (for myself and my 4 siblings clearly stood outside of the shop as it is small) and was abruptly and in a loud tone told ‘no I am not serving you’ when asked why the staff member again rudely said ‘I am not selling you that many it’s unfair for other customers’. It was lunchtime so I pointed out there was a full try of bakes, she said I know but it’s not fair so would not serve me and told me to come back in an hour if I wanted them. So shocked and embarrassed I agreed and left the store as I have never been spoken to in such a rude degrading manner. Many branches in the surrounding arrears have closed and I’m not surprised if this is how customers are spoken too. There are not many options eating for a halal diet but if this was another customer ordering multiple different food items would they have been ushered out of the shop the same way I was? Will not return again.
