I bought a coat for my wife at beggining of December as a Christmas present and unfortunately ordered the wrong size. Ony found out as she opened it Xmas day. Got the coat back to Circle Fashion and the retunr processed within a couple of days. Great communication from Circle Fashion throughout and flawless customer service especially from Max. Would highly recommend Circle Fashion.

DPD lost my parcel, yet the company emailed me claiming that DPD said I had already received it, which was completely untrue. This caused unnecessary stress and delays. Instead of being honest from the start, they made it seem like the issue was my fault. After a month of confusion and feeling misled, I finally received my refund. Very disappointing experience. Customers deserve honesty and transparency, not blame or misinformation.

The company falsely claimed that I said I had received the jacket, which I never stated. It took a month before I finally got my money back. Since then, they have ignored all my emails regarding compensation. If Circle Fashion are not willing to resolve this and offer appropriate compensation, I will be considering further action.

Came to the store on Saturday about three weeks ago — it was really nice! The staff were super friendly and helpful, they made the shopping experience so easy and enjoyable. The selection of designer pieces is amazing — everything is well organized and high quality. Definitely one of the best places to shop for luxury fashion. Will be coming back soon!
