Do not trust to have your parcels sent there. I had a Yodel package delivered to the store and said they didn’t have it twice, contacted Yodel and they said they only delivered my parcel to that store that week so I knew it was there. Still said it was not there, then my boyfriend went in who gave them some strong words then all of a sudden they found my parcel. Not the first time this has happened and they often do it to others, please avoid.

I've been shopping here for over twenty two years. Definitely a local business at the heart of the Lockwood community. We recently lost a great man to the C word but the family and their loyal staff have kept the communities heart beating. They are always fully stocked, (Yes even loo roll) and all the people who work there are bloody and completely friendly. That and supermarket comparable prices? I'll never abandon them!

They are a collection point for DHL parcels but don't use them! Whilst the problem is undoubtedly with DHL I don't expect to leave empty handed when trying to pick up a parcel I have legimately bought and paid for on Ebay.

The owners dad / husband died , of 'coronavirus', they hung signs saying 'no mask no entry' and '2 only in shop' yet when I went in there were two GROUPS .One either side of the shelves. I left suffering a panic attack. I have video evidence to be put online and called police to report the hypocrites for rule breaches.

I sent a customer an order for click and collect to this place she says she went 5 times to collect then they couldn't find it 5 times then sent it somewhere now I'm out of pocket the staff must be pretty useless or on the rob the tracking said it was there so i know they had it
