Maybe worth educting your staff not to get into customers personal space and literally force them out of the store. The words 'we're closed now' are enough. But don't go literally bullying customers out of the store. If i was to get into the store assistants face like she did to me, I have no doubt that I would have been called sexist or a bully. And it's even more of a piss take when I have a sunflower lanyard and a neurodiversity lanyard on which were both clearly visible. How many customers that are more vulnerable than me is your store assistant bullying??

The horrible elderly woman who served me was so rude and horrible, not customer service skills what so ever. She made me feel so small by tuting at me when I dropped my bag. I will not be going there again. I only went for some water!

This morning I went in with my card to get my money back and I hear she say can't do these this early in the morning like every morning I seem to go in and every time she say it I go in at 10am to 11am it not too early
