Lovely helpful staff and a super range of goods besides the furniture. They do delivery and pickup, and they are on time and are very helpful - a credit to this charity.

You have to have your favourite charity in this life........l have a few but l would say for now this is my favourite lol smells good in there always very smart with staff that are jolly and very welcoming! Iv often found very unusual things in here still full of life and at very reasonable prices and besides clothing and sundries theres always a lot of lovely furniture pieces old and new.......yes ld highly recommend and also more over for such a good coz X

Not a welcoming shop on a Sunday, no greeting, or see you later on leaving. when you've been served by blonde staff member in charge, she is cold and unfriendly. Making it an unenjoyable experience 😟

Would usually give 5* for choice, help, delivery. We’ve had several items delivered. However, today we had a sofa delivered, at the same time school finishes! We live on the same road and is a 2 min walk. I did phone this morning and ask a rough time, no can do. Ok, waiting the day anyway. Not only wouldn’t the men wait, literally 5 mins to collect our child from school, but told my husband “he should have thought about that”! They also refused to bring it in the house saying it wouldn’t fit through the patio door, so left it outside with a downpour imminent. When I got home my husband and I got it through the door no problem, also had to put the bookcase back we were donating. I just think for the sake of 5 mins things could’ve been different. I work in the community and understand time constraints, but we’re working with the public, so expect a little give and take and courtesy! Btw, I’m an online monthly donator to Kirkwood!!!
