Very disappointed, this branch does not adhere to there opening/ closing times. I arrived at 16:54 and was met with the shutters being pulled down and the staff locking up and leaving. The branch was locked up and staff outside for 16:55. When I questioned this i received the response of “it’s only 5 minutes early” . I had come to the branch to get some supplies so I could Finnish a job for a customer instead I ended up with 1 hour of my time wasted and my fuel. This has not only let me down but also my customer down. Don’t rely on this branch especially if your on a deadline on the work site AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Needed some snap off screws for my kitchen door handles, was just asked how many I needed, a few mins later got exactly what I needed. Great service and price. Didn't have to buy a bag of 50/100 just the amount I needed. Great.

Great bunch in here. If they can help they will, even better now they have Makita gear as well as the Dewalt. Prices vary competitive.

Good mix of hardware. Pleasant staff, helpful and willing. The shop has a lot of space and is easy to look round. Typically an ironmonger is only visited when you need something specific. Worth a visit 👍🏻

Good for dewalt tools, usualy better prices and service than next door at screwfix.
