Today I met Ruth on the on-line reception and collection, who was not only incredibly friendly and helpful, but was able to sort out my membership details, she had Vinnie with her on his second day of training, who both took a personal interest in my situation and query. Ruth solved the problem on the spot, and took my details to send a follow up email. Faultless employees at this level need to be recognised and commended as it’s 100% spot on. I never enjoy this branch. Staff are not as friendly as Leeds Beaston or most other branch's. Click and collect is always a problem with having to prove your identity and cant have someone collect for you. I wonder how many people have my order number and know what to collect. Grand theft DIY. Lol.
