Lola is absolutely amazing. She takes her time and is so informative, reassuring, and genuinely kind. She double-checks everything and does everything to the highest standard – completely top notch. I usually don’t share much reviews but this one really made me upset. I recently bought pair of earrings i.e 3 in £18, with few other items. First of all the staff themselves are not sure which jewellery is waterproof or not. Every person saying different thing. Moreover, even though I shared my email but they didn’t give me any receipt. Here comes the story that I wore my earrings in the morning and took them off at night. While removing the stones came off. I know it happens if item is really fragile. But when I went back to them with item they refused to give me exchange or refund. Although they recognised me. Really inexperienced and uncooperative staff. I didn’t like the quality of stuff. Same thing happened with one of my colleagues. Never gonna buy from here again.
