I recently got an ear piercing at Lovisa in Huddersfield and had a great experience. Gabby was fantastic – she walked me through the entire process, was very patient, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I love my new piercings. 100% recommend to go to Gabby to get your piercings done.

I usually don’t share much reviews but this one really made me upset. I recently bought pair of earrings i.e 3 in £18, with few other items. First of all the staff themselves are not sure which jewellery is waterproof or not. Every person saying different thing. Moreover, even though I shared my email but they didn’t give me any receipt. Here comes the story that I wore my earrings in the morning and took them off at night. While removing the stones came off. I know it happens if item is really fragile. But when I went back to them with item they refused to give me exchange or refund. Although they recognised me. Really inexperienced and uncooperative staff. I didn’t like the quality of stuff. Same thing happened with one of my colleagues. Never gonna buy from here again.

Had a wonderful experience at lovisa's when getting my ears pierced by Lola! She was really friendly and so kind. She made the whole procedure seem painless and exciting! She did a wonderful job. Loved the end result.
