I came into the shop this morning with an usual request trying to help fit my late grandmas ashes onto my own belcher chain necklace that was too thick, initially I was told because it’s so delicate they couldn’t put any heat towards it in case it shattered the glass which is completely understandable but the lovely lady behind the desk (I didn’t even get her name) managed to work some magic so it eventually slid on!! I can’t express how happy I am that I can now wear my grandma and have her with me everyday single day it means so much, thank you so much xxxx

Went to m&s jewellery today - what a gem in the town ! I had a strange request to adjust 4 necklaces that I needed a pendant adding to but other jewellers had said they couldn’t fit them on without sending away etc. The man in the shop said no problem and had them all done for me within the hour ! Amazing value too. Thank you so much . Had to write a review! Ps Two lovely calm dogs in the shop too 🥰

Visited today to get my new watch strap altered, the man was so friendly and accommodating, made sure to triple check I was happy with the fit and had it done for me in less than 5 minutes despite me coming at a busy time. Will be back if I need a jewellers in the future! Highly recommend
