Popped into this place and the beer list on tap was spot on – cracking vibe too. Staff is helpful for recommending the drink. Handy location as it’s just by Huddersfield rail station, so really easy to get to.

23/05/25: awesome playlist! We had the Buxton: Nuts & Crosses peanut butter stout and Zapato: Nectar on pale ale! 21/07/23: pub stop number 3 for us on the Huddersfield Ale Trail. I've done the trail before but didn't know about this hidden gem. Great selection of craft ales in keg, cask and bottle. Definitely worth a visit. Dog friendly.

Nice atmosphere, food good but too much, smaller portions would be good as I hate waste. Staff brilliant and very friendly. Will go again

Great bar very close to Huddersfield station. Massive choice of beers on draft and in cans. They serve in two thirds of a pint glasses to encourage you to try more than one. We ordered a few. Lated back atmosphere and a knowledgeable bartender. We will certainly return when next in town.
