Originally I had a very bad experience, I was charged £150 for a phone screen that broke within 24 hours and wasn't even the correct screen, which I've left photos of below red is the correct screen and white is the one given. Admittedly however they did do a full repair and fixed the problems and fitted the correct screen for free when I returned the next day. There was a problem with the finger print scanner which they have said they will ring me to fix at a later date. I plan to amend this review again once/if this has happened for a higher star rating however for now I'd recommend being very careful and asking for receipts as they do not offer them unless you ask (as stated in the receipt itself). Clearly good work can be done as my current screen seems to work fine except the before stated finger scanner so just be careful.

If i could give 0 stars i would. I came in to get a battery replaced on a phone and the phone was working perfectly fine and there no damage on the screen came back half an hour later and there was a purple line on the screen and a crack. They wouldnt own up to damaging the phone as there was no damage on the screen before very rude workers in the shop and i had to call the manager who also was no help AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Called into the shop today to purchase a storage card and the two staff members were so helpful. They fitted the card and started the transfer of thousands of photographs across to it for me. They also fitted me a new screen protector. Very polite and courteous service...will defintely use this business again!
