It is lovely to have a town centre shop which is dog friendly. I regularly visit this store and the customer service is excellent, particularly one of the staff called Michelle. It is obvious that some of the staff don’t like dogs but Michelle always gives us such a good welcome. She has always provided good advice as I have trouble finding shoes to fit as I have problem feet. I kept popping in as she told me that they were getting some sketchers in store. Unfortunately, these have also been unsuitable. She also advised on size 13 slippers as my husband also has problem feet as they are so large! I have recommended several of my friends and family to visit and especially ask for Michelle as she is so helpful. I know that at least 3 pairs of shoes have been bought because of this. Previously, I would never have gone to shoezone but I don’t think I would go anywhere else now unless I am desperate. This is all thanks to Michelle.
Daughter purchased £12:99 trainers blue,pink.rear of shop some 5 weeks worn x3. Yesterday getting out of my car notice one falling apart.other bonding started. I was happy to pay for replacement. but the female manager. Checking faulty trainers agreed 1. Extremely little wear,clean state. Daughter picked a pair. Manager refused payment. Was really sorry,and apologies for stress,poor quality. Took old trainers and gave free if charge new pair. Well done restored confidence in humanity and sensibility.
