Staff need customer service training. I’ve literally just left the store after 30 minutes in there. Went in and looked at the trainers at the back of the store as I wanted to by 3 or 4 pairs of new shoes. Saw a pair I liked, waited and then just happened to grab one of the ladies whilst she was checking the stock room. I tried on a few more, but the staff were so busy talking to each other way down at the other end of the store talking about the shoes they did/did not like and pretending to look busy. There was literally 3-4 other customers in the whole time. I figured they couldn’t be bothered with me so I’ll now go into Huddersfield centre. I tend to really like Wynsors because they have a great range and usually I get good customer service, but these ladies on this morning clearly wanted to be anywhere else!!

3 staff standing around. Said hello as we went in but the young lady who served us was rude and disinterested. She tutted as we asked for another shoe to try and was reluctant to go for it. She didn't speak or smile. We bought them because we needed them. Another time we would have just left.

I often shop in this store and each time I find the staff team to be welcoming, friendly and helpful. I feel it is of great importance, that employees are praised for their efforts as we often focus on the negatives. I would like to say a big well done and keep up the good work!

Wheelchair accessible and flat throughout. Although the back of the store has a small lip to get over. Really great value of unbranded shoes but also do selection of branded shoes at decent price. Wheelchair accessible parking inbetween them and Dunlem
