I first met the staff of CycleWorks Yorkshire at an e-bike tryout organised by Cycling Electric magazine in Leeds. From the off I found the staff pleasant, friendly, helpful and patient. The Moustache bike I tried that day was the exact one I was searching for. It had everything I needed. Fast forward a few weeks and I picked up my new bike from the CycleWorks store in Huddersfield. Again, the staff took me through the workings of the bike, the motor and the accompanying app. There was much to learn but the people at CycleWorks were happy to take as much time as I needed to gain an understanding of the Moustache. I continue to be very happy with it and I'm so glad I bought it from CycleWorks Yorkshire.

Picked up today the Kona Honza 20, for our little lad. After just a phone call with Jenny, they changed the gears, held it for us. Absolutely amazing service. Highly recommend anyone looking for a good bike.

The staff are excellent, professional, knowlegable. I popped in to ask if they could fit new brake pads on my e-bike. Done in 40 mins. Add the advice on wearing the pads in. Well. Very impressed. Price is reasonable for a job done right.

I bought a new Ibis eMTB from these guys last week. No issues; the bike was set up well, de-tubed, the staff are knowledgeable and pleasant. There was a very long wait as the bike was delayed, but I was kept informed along the way. The shop is a bit limited in what they stock as it's not a huge shop, but other than that they've been great.

FANTASTIC! Just popped in on the off chance for a small bracket to replace a broken one on my rear light. The guys were super helpful and found one that was just perfect great service well done
