Bad that you had to stand and wait in the store to wait for someone wearing a giants top to come and serve you. There was 2 people with town tops saying oh we can't serve you . So after nearly 10 mins of waiting someone with a giants top comes out the back. It's 1 shop with same tills. Why do we have to wait?
I live in Australia and we recently received our annual order of shirts from our parents based in Europe. All fitted perfectly bar one and we liaised with Luke Cowan at HTAFC who provided us with excellent post-purchase service to rectify the issue. I would like to thank Luke and the HTAFC team for all of their help in resolving the matter without question or fuss from the other side of the world. Customer service like this is hard to come by these days and it again made me proud of our HTAFC family. UTT and thanks again for a first class service!!
