Better than some other game stores. They had much more merchandise. Very good. Knowledgeable staff and very willing to help. My son had many questions and they were more than happy to talk to him despite the fact he's only 10. He walked away from the store a happy chappy indeed.

The attendant was so rude.. only for me to find out he is one of the mangers. Nice place to buy games, consoles and accessories and you might be luck to have gift attached to your purchase, but reception of customers.. for me is not up to standard.

Staff are welcoming and approachable! I mainly use this for window shopping and then buy cheaper elsewhere online. GAME has always been expensive! They need to spice their pricing up a bit to remain competitive!

Manageress very rude when went to buy Steam Cards and refused to sell them to me. Threatened to call Police for some reason. Never felt so humiliated as shop full of people and was made to feel like a criminal. Haven't been back since so they gave lost my business as used to buy a few from there
