I had been looking into learning kettlebell training and came across Liam. Liam’s knowledge is incredible in this art having trained and competed for years with some of the best. Liam works on good form initially then builds up to routines that truly gives you a workout like nothing I’ve ever done. I’m in the over 55 group and it’s the best condition I’ve been in for a long time. My wife has been training with Fran and she has noticed a big difference in her strength and conditioning.

Great place to find your feet!! If you find the idea of a corporate gym a nightmare. Liam and Fran lead you in the small bespoke sessions helping bring you up to your full potential without the bull crap and the tick tock posers getting in the way. It is cheesy but I really do feel like a different person to when I started last January. I have made loads of new friends at the gym and have way more confidence about my body than I did before. If like me your not a super confident person but want to see what can happen if you try and have the right support, this is the place to be.

I truly appreciate Fran’s patience, understanding, and inclusivity; despite the challenges of me living with young onset dementia, she empowers me to push my limits without ever making me feel patronised or diminished.

Liam has taught me so much during our PT sessions. Training at the angry vegan has instilled in me not just more strength and fitness but a whole new way of life. A way of life I'll never now let go of. Liam and Fran are excellent at training people that are 30, 40+ respecting that we can't train in the same way as when we were in our early 20s. The group sessions are also fun, a great bunch of people who just want to gain or maintain strength and fitness. No phones, selfies etc like you see in larger commercial gyms - just a friendly atmosphere where people want to try their best and help others when needed.

In my early fifties, having been in a desk-based job for nearly 2 decades, I decided to retrain to do conservation work - outside most of the time and is physically demanding. Fran has been brilliant at tailoring exercise programmes for me that build my strength and her gentle encouragement has also helped me to build my confidence. I'd highly recommend training with Fran.
