very disappointing service. The part was managed by another company, and I used it many times using the autopay option. Then this bank park company took over, and you have to pay every time you use it. Changing from autopay to manual pay has caused a lot of disruption. The other problem is that you cannot reach them. very poor management.

Arrived at 10.30 am. NO spaces left, as there aren't any markings for the cars, people do park selfishly, but I can understand why. However, that leads to others having to "create" a space... and often appear to just abandon their cars... in desperation... I guess if they have an appointment or are visiting someone very sick. and altogether, it's an unpleasant, unacceptable, expensive experience 😑

Would not use this car park again!! I used this car park on the three trips to a&e with my six year old due to having seizures, after walking out of a&e within two hours on our first two visits, I purchased a ticket for a four hour stay on our third visit, we was seen within two hours of getting into a&e, unexpectedly we was admitted to the ward (which was great news for us to get the extra tests done) but unfortunately meant we was close to over staying our parking, I tried to extend our parking multiple times via the app but unfortunately kept failing and as I couldn’t leave my daughter in the hospital on her own, I couldn’t go back to the car park to extend this at the machine. My husband got to us as soon as we had childcare for our youngest daughter and I went straight to my car and moved it. I then have received a parking fine for the overstayed parking which I have appealed, this has then been declined to unreasonable reasoning which is absolutely ridiculous when I was a solo parent looking after my daughter in unexpected circumstances! After a numerous of extra appeals and raising this it has now been handed over to the debt collectors, this really doesn’t help to the added stress and scare we have STILL going on regarding our daughters health. To say this car park is a charity car park for the air ambulances there is no care or sympathy to it’s paying customers. Currently seeking legal advice on how I can proceed with this.

I didn't have to park there I wouldn't. Rip off. But they have put a carpark next to a busy hospital and charge the earth.

Large space but car parking spaces are not marked out in the majority of the car park leading to you sometimes getting blocked in by other people desperate to find any space to abandon their car. Most of the area just has a thin layer of gravel over it. It’s poorly maintained with weeds growing and litter blowing around. Parking charges are not cheap and when it rains the bottom end of the car park floods and it’s very dirty underfoot in the rest of the car park.
