Pryme Street multi storey car park

Parked here to go to the theatre, returned after the show to find the car park closed!! No access to my car, no way to contact, not advertised anywhere that it closes overnight other than online - who is checking a multistorey website to find opening hours?? Ridiculous and tantamount to theft. It’s now cost us additional money on a taxi home, plus needing a taxi back there tomorrow to collect, as well as the fee for the parking. Hull City Council, this is absurd and frankly, fraudulent. Advertise a 24 hour car park? Run a 24 hour car park. I’ll be sending an invoice for additional costs incurred.

Easy to find, plenty of space. Felt secure enough to leave the motorbike there. Beware of the early closing time however. Clean carpark, easy to find bins. Excellent location.

This car park isn't too good only because it has many male migrants that hang about in it looking over the top of each level and the passing people below and mainly the females. They are in groups, and it's rather frightening so I will never park there as having to walk to my car in that dark place would not feel safe, you could easily get attacked and no one would see. I walk pasted it most days and once it's afternoon onwards this is what I've seen.

Signs state 24hrs so we parked at 8:45pm. Returned at 11pm to find it locked up with no access to the car. Nowhere inside or on the ticket machine did it state closing times. No answer on the phone on Sunday either. Formal complaint going in.

Machines didn't tell you how much the parking was, spaces were too small and there was no way to access you're vehicle after 7pm which isn't signposted anywhere. We had to spend a night with no spare clothes or anything in the Travelodge next door. No number to ring about it either
