Went in to set up junior accounts to be fumbled over with some rubbish customer service, to be told to do it online. Then asked about a mortgage meeting, explaining I had some questions but the mortgage was with Halifax not Lloyds, he said it wasn’t an issue as the banks are linked they’d be able to access the mortgage and speak about it so he made an appointment for me (if he could do this, not sure why he couldn’t open a junior accounts), to then be told she couldn’t help me. Waste of time having a branch if staff aren’t willing to actually do their job with any competency.

Absolute disgrace ! Went to put a few quid in my account, waited for at least 30 mins. Customers talking about ISA’s & other issues at the cashier desk when they should be told to book an appointment to speak personally. 2 cashier’s available on a Saturday afternoon. ‘Mark’ laughing and giggling between the 2 cashier’s about when he should take his lunch break (which he decided to take whilst there was a massive queue waiting). Don’t get me wrong, when I eventually got to the cashier it took me 2 mins to put my deposit in and she was friendly but Cmon ! Totally badly managed. Wake up branch manager, I stood there for over half hour, even I could see how badly managed it was !

There is procrastination in customer service. Poor service. I do not advise anyone to deal with them. Customer service does not have a method of discussion or understanding. ⚠️
