Lloyds Bank

Good helpful staff whenever I've needed to sort anything(hope I dont jinx myself now lol) nice to have a one to one with a real person, who can show empathy and help. My only bug bear is that there's no interest on savings accounts but is on an online account. Overall I'm happy and content with the service at the moment 😉

It's an excellent bank the staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable. They offer a lot of banking services. From simple bank accounts to investments and Investment advice. There is a ramp for disabled access. There are two external cash machines and two inside the bank.

So my partner came home today and found this addressed to her and left on the doorstep. A few weeks ago she had to close her dads account down with Lloyds as he had sadly passed away. She contacted his branch and made an appointment to visit and close the account down. The staff were nice and understanding. All the documents required were given to the bank and she was told with in ten working day it would be closed and everything dealt with. This took about 15 days and my partner did not really complain about it she just rang once to check what was happening. The staff again were great and understanding. But to come home to a lovely surprise like this really made her feel very special. A very big well done and an even bigger thank you to the staff here. This was totally unexpected and not required as she had not made a complaint, so for the branch to do this was totally amazing. Customer service far above and beyond.

this has been one of the best banks for personal service I've used until recently, I was met by a frauline who said I couldn't go to the counter anymore unless I was drawing more then £800 out, so I have to use machines or use the post office, not one of the nicest experiences from here now so I've changed my 5 star rating and my once positive review, not all ladies are anti customer just a few x
