I went in to Hull City Centre branch today and can only say how professional and efficient the customer service staff were. Sharon was truly remarkable and dealt with my situation so well I cannot thank her enough. You are a credit to Nat West and this is what we miss when dealing online . Thank you
I had to visit the King Edward Street Branch of Natwest on the afternoon of Wednesday 2nd July to sort out a Mandate on behalf of Beverley Armed Forces Breakfast Club. I was greeted at the door by a friendly staff member and after a short wait was introduced to Sharon. Sharon was very helpful and patient and soon sorted things for me. It was so nice to actually speak to a cheerful, helpful person, instead of a machine
Always had an excellent experience when coming here! Staff are fantastic and remember me even though I only visit monthly. They are always happy to help and have had everything sorted out. I will always go to this bank in future because of how welcoming the staff are. They will always do their best to sort out any issues and assist you if you are struggling with something. Definitely recommend this Bank!!

Visited this branch today to close my Help to Buy ISA - exceptional and friendly service from the two members of staff that assisted me. I love online banking with NatWest, but you can't beat personal service. Shows just how vital high street banks still are.
