One of the employees is totally inept. Charged me a tenner for a first class small letter, then refused to return a parcel because the original packaging was "high risk." Wasn't high risk when it was sent tho clearly. Absolute scammer.
I posted a small packet on the 9th on a track and trace and a signsture and it's still in transit!! Has been for 7 days!!! Shd have taken 3 to 4 days.at most. It was going to west. Midlands!!!
Other employees they not good to customers always angry not respectful when I ask and every time I collect my parcel
Few weeks ago the employer was agreed to change 300€ for me today to change 50€ she told me the old notes she Connot change I would like to show me the new notes of Euro. The owner actually because is not her fault even when she was started to be angry with me because I ask her about the new notes from €. So the owner please indulge us showing the new notes of €
