Stoneferry Post Office

It was my first time posting something, and the lady at the counter was dismissive and made me feel embarrassed. She spoke kindly to others but not to me, and as the only Black customer there, I felt unwelcome. It also expensive to post .

I've had very good customer service every time I've collected a parcel and a couple of times I've had to return a parcel and the staff have been very helpful. It also helps that the post office has a variety of services, which can be found online so you can check before you visit. The post office is in a convenience store so it's handy for picking bits of shopping up as it is quite a well stocked little shop,. I truly appreciate this post office being here and I appreciate the truly helpful staff, a big thank you to them 🥰

Always a pleasure to use this post office. Staff are always lovely and helpful despite being a busy shop. Just wish they were closer to me!
