Very handy little post office and shop. Staff very friendly and helpful excellent customer service. Pick up our Amazon parcels from there.
I arranged for two amazon parcels to be delivered to this post office - one arrived fine for collection and one was sent to the incorrect Post Office. Whilst this was not his fault, the owner was incredibly rude and aggressive - when I showed him the delivery email from amazon saying it had been delivered to his Post Office, he all but shouted at me "Oh my GOD I told you! I haven't got it!!!". I will absolutely not be using this Post Office again. In an age where Post Offices are closing left, right and centre, this franchise owner should be very careful about driving customers away.
