Love coming here for my nails, always willing to try my design ideas and make them their own, polite and patient as I have back issues I get to have a break whenever I need one - and the nails are just amazing quality, every time. They make sure youre happy with wvery step. I'm a regular and won't go anywhere else, best place in hull hands down🖤

I thoroughly enjoy indulging in pampering sessions, and having my nails done is a particular highlight of my day. I understand that this is a business and while being efficient means other people may do one part of the service. I feel if you are paying top dollar i.e. £50 for your desired design you should have the same nail technician throughout. Consistency in service not only enhances the experience but also allows for a personal touch that makes each visit special. When a single technician is responsible for the entire process, they can better understand my preferences and ensure that the final result aligns perfectly with my expectations. (inwhich she did) Furthermore, building a rapport with the same technician can lead to a more enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere, which is essential during a pampering experience that then elevates the overall satisfaction and makes the indulgence truly worthwhile. I recommend you ask for this as diva nails do some amazing designs and happy to accommodate you in any of your choosing, my only negative would be not having the same nail technician throughout without asking for this service. I am really happy with my results and feel my nail technician did an amazing job with consistency and ensuring my design was meticulously met with quality and not rushed to get the next client done. Thank you 🥰
