This is my second time getting my hair done in this place. The first time I got keratin treatment which she said that it would last up to 3 months but it lasted up to 2 weeks after washing my hair the second time it went back to being frizzy and she charged me £130 for it which was way to pricey as I have had keratin previously and was not charged that much and had lasted me 3 months. When I went it the second time I had explained to her that I was not satisfied by the results of my keratin but she said it was normal as my hair is thick and curly so I took her advice because her being a professional hairdresser as she claims to be I trusted her word so I asked her if she knew how to cut a butterfly haircut and she said she can do it so confidently so I once again trusted her word. Unfortunately it was on of the biggest mistakes I have ever made because she left me with half my hair chopped up so uneven I was distraught when I straightened my hair and saw what she had done to it, it is sooo horrific to the point I couldn’t help but break down into tears. I honestly am writing this because as a women our hair is a big confidence booster for us and for a person to call themselves a hairdresser and do this to someone’s hair is disgusting and should not be allowed to touch anyone’s hair. I am not going to say anything more. The pictures say it all.

My daughter was for first time to a hair salon. She has special needs, but Pressy showed such an amazing patience and professionalism, the result was fantastic. Thank you Pressy!!!

Went by for the first time and was tended to by Fatjona. She is absolutely wonderful; not only is her customer services skills great, but her intense focus on perfection is absolutely amazing. She loves her work and is not satisfied until she and you are both happy with the outcome. After completion of my mani & pedi, she also waxed my brows and I am 100% happy with it all. She is a woman of many talents, and I will definitely be seeing her again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 😀 !

Took my 4 year old granddaughter to have a trim Was told us English don't know how to do hair because my granddaughters hair is naturally curly but she was insiatant she wanted to use hair straighteners on her hair and it wouldn't hurt it .! When we decided that we didn't want to go ahead , we got called time wasters and she was very rude and tried to take my granddaughter off her chair. You have no right to man handle her Absolutely disgusting behaviour I myself am a manager and know what customer service should be and that definitely wasn't that I am not racist and I am only staying what the lady said not once did I mention the fact she was an Asian lady You did And yes we was in and out of the store because she wanted to put hair straighteners on a 4yr old which other reputable hairdresser gave agreed it's a big no no. Curly hair should be cut damp to allow the curl to drop not straightened . Thank you for saying we are not welcome it is not like we will be returning with your attitude and service Guess you don't like honest reviews
