AVOID AT ALL COSTS!. Lily the owner of this shop is absolutely crackers. I went into the shop to have my tips stuck on and then be left waiting an hour. Other people where also in the same position. 3 people working yet 6 people with tips on clearly so you can't leave the shop. I was having a personal conversation with the lady sat next to me when another lady asked the price. Lily advised the price was 40 which was way more than the price advertised in the shop. I whispered to the lady next to me that the price was more expensive than advertised and Lily went crazy! She shouted at the top of her voice at me infront of all customers including young girls who would of been frightened! She said YOU JUST MY CUSTOMER WHO ASKED PRICE THAT I EXPENSIVE!. The lady next to me said she didn't say anything to the lady she was having a private conversation with me. Lily then carried on shouting. The lady next to me complained about her nails being awful and Lily was rude. Then a man proceeded to shout in Chinese and they continued to shout in their own language. I said to Lily if you'd rather me leave the shop I will because I'd rather not give you my money when you are speaking to me like this! I stood up to leave the shop and Lily said I CUT YOUR TIPS I CUT YOUR TIPS. I explained it didn't matter and I would take them off at home. Lily then ran at me with a pair or nail clippers and stopped me getting out the door. She cut the tips down but left them glued on!!! Which meant I couldn't get them repaired anywhere else and was left to go home and get the tips off damaging my own nails. The woman is absolute crazy and way for expensive then all other nails shops on holderness Road! I wasnt the only person in the shop unhappy. Everyone in there where amazed by how she behaved towards me. Violent. Disgusting. Agressive. AVOID!!!

Excellent nail salon, pedicures and brows done here too. They really took there time with my nails, take off and redo and it's the best set I've ever had. Been going to diva's for years now but this is definitely my new nail place, friendly staff, offered a drink whilst there too. 10/10. Lovely range of colours too.

Been going to lily's for a few months now they always aim to plz there so comfy ya don't know there false absolutely love these holiday nails also Sophie got hers done for the first time at lily's she's realy happy with them Thanku x
