First class customer service with knowledgeable, friendly staff. Bought a stool online that arrived with no fixings! Quick trip to F R Scott’s and Adrian looked at the booklet, got all the correct assembly pieces - and I had a stool built within an hour of leaving the shop. Brilliant service!

F R scott is the place I always come for nuts and bolts, they have the unusual sizes and threads if you're looking for something special. They have a good selection of tools. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. It's a great shop and they have plenty of customer parking.

Always good if you can't find the right screws or ironmongery usually they have everything sometimes you have to push them to go looking for it I remember back in the day when they used to be able to take you in the back and be able to look for extra things if they couldn't understand what you was on about looks like that's changed now then again that was the old staff and I also have lots of fun with them because I used to go in there regularly a lot of them have passed away now oh moved on only seems to be one person I know now

Highly Reccomend - Fantastic business - Whenever I have needed to order something such as bolts/nuts, tools F R Scott have always been my place to go to. Just recently, I enquired about an item I wasn't sure they held in stock. But, following discussions they was able to source it for me. The staff are exceptional and always go out of there way to help. Also, it's fantastic to see the support they give to local community clubs/charities in Hull and surrounding areas.
