Honestly, the person working there was incredibly unhelpful and with a bad attitude. I went to pick up a package the same day I was notified it had arrived, and even after showing him the tracking number, he kept saying it wasn't there. He didn't want to bother looking for it, so I had to insist, and the package was right next to him. He kept insisting I tell him what was inside, even when I told him it was a food processor; he still said there was nothing there.

Do not use this PO branch. The male teller's unfailing rudeness and surly manner has never impressed me, but he excelled himself today when he in effect called my wife a liar. In contrast, the lady who works there is friendly and helpful. Those leaving positive reviews must have dealt with her. Taking our business elsewhere in future!

The lady at this post office is lovely and friendly and efficient. However the manager is a very rude and unhelpful man and gives surly service. His customer service is terrible. I went to explain about a refund that was meant to go back on to my bank account as I bought a One4all card that was actually out of date ,but the payment was taken anyway. I was assured it would go back on my card but 6 days later no refund. I went to explain and he would not look at the receipts just kept saying I had lost one of the 3 receipts, I tried to explain that the 2 receipts I showed him stated the money had been refunded but that it isn't in my bank I tried to show him but he would not look or listen. No offer to help sort it, he gave me a number to ring that doesn't help at all. Also I told him that I had an unexplained refund from the post office in June and realised it was for a One4all card I had sent as a new baby gift and the couple said it was unuseable. I had spent extra money for signed for delivery too, the manager said it was a lie, basically calling a good customer a liar! I will never walk through that door again and I was a regular customer spending lots of money there over the years. Dreadful none existent customer service from a very surly man, but the lady is very nice so sorry I won't see you again

Had a parcel sent to this post office and gave my driving license, the male assistant said it wasn’t there and that he needed a reference number…. I didn’t have a reference number and he said I had to go to the sorting office in town to get one. I asked if there was a parcel in my name/address and he said no. Spent over an hour getting back and forth from town tackling peak traffic to get the ref num to then get back to the post office for him to start arguing about the name on the parcel and if it was my name or not. After asking again if there was a parcel with my address on he kept arguing the point of that the address is a secondary thing and he needed a name…. Being an argumentative jobsworth! When he finally accepted my ID he picked up the parcel which had my name and address details on which I could see from the counter and was at the top…. If he had looked properly and accepted my ID in the first place I wouldn’t have had to run around. Very rude and argumentative!
