Fairfax Avenue Post Office

Sadly, I'm giving up on this post office/shop and will no longer spend money there. On more occasions than I dare mention the post office does not have stamps. When it does, like today it doesn't matter because it was closed and didn't open until 4pm. Frankly, it's appalling. What will it take, before the Manager addresses these complaints. They will end up closing due to lack of customers. A post office with no stamps..... really. I'm not someone to complain, but even the most easy going of individual's patience eventually wears thin.

Not the first time the post office is closed before stated. Gone after 9pm to be told its closed. Went today and utterly bizzare, was told closed and not opening till 5pm (literally 20 minutes away, but still closed). Honestly its open as and when the staff feel like it, if i could give zero stars I would, sadly google doesnt allow this. You need to try updating your online info and signage in shop as you are clearly false advertising.

If you want a parcel posting past 9pm good luck. Says on the front door ‘if the shop is open we’re open’ for the post office but they actually do close before the shop! Nightmare for people who work late like myself who can’t get there during the day

Absolutely shocking customer service went to return a couple of parcels as soon as we walked in was greeted with rude staff saying were closed no apologies etc said the post office isn't running normal hours as they're training staff I asked if her or the other member was able to do it was told I can but would mean I have to declare it etc but I'm going home so I can't and proceeded to be rude. Never really had a good experience with staff here theyre always rude here so try not to go here but only needed the post office ended up walking down to newland ave instead as she was more interested in eating her sandwich stood at the till and going home then showing good customer service skills.

Absolutely terrible service. Post office never open. Close as and when they can be bothered to open it. Been 3 times now to collect my evri parcel and they won’t give it to me… I can literally see it over the counter but they are closed apparently.
